Eleven years ago, we launched and developed the Park Hill Art Festival, a highly successful event that attracted a discerning, art-loving audience. The Highlands neighborhood, which shares many similarities with Park Hill, offers a comparable demographic profile and is known for its appreciation of the arts. Highlands residents exhibit a strong purchasing power, making it an ideal market for artists seeking to connect with high-net-worth buyers.
Highlands Area Statistics:
Income: 63% of Highlands residents earn $75,000 or more, with 30% earning $150,000 or higher.
Home Values: In November 2022, Highland home prices increased by 7.8% compared to the previous year, with a median sale price of $825,000.
Education: 72.18% of Highlands residents hold a college degree, reflecting a highly educated and affluent population.

The Summer Finale will be held on the beautifully maintained grounds of the Highlands Masonic Lodge, a venue with prime visibility along one of Denver’s busiest streets. This high-traffic location ensures excellent exposure and early promotion for the show. The Lodge’s well-manicured lawn provides the perfect setting.

The application fee is $40 and is non-refundable. You must send $40 for each juried category in the show. Example: If a person wants to apply in both Painting and Jewelry, make an $80 payment for the application fee. Only the categories accepted by the Jury may be displayed.
